Individual
training is designed to be generic and flexible; it is typically offered as a
blended training package – online classes coupled with a few classroom sessions.
Company-tailored
training is designed to develop robust in-house skills using classroom training
coupled with hands-on factory projects that can help to demystify perceived
complexity and build confidence of plant teams to tackle industrial challenges
head-on.
